Experienced Mechanic

We are looking for a reliable Mechanic to join our team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for performing general vehicle repairs and maintenance, including oil changes, tire replacements, brake work, and suspension repairs. English is required, and Spanish is a plus to assist with communication with our diverse customer base. We offer opportunities for training and development in a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including but not limited to engines, transmissions, brakes, exhaust systems, and electrical components.
• Diagnose issues and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers about vehicle issues and needed repairs.
• Assist in keeping the shop organized and stocked with necessary tools and parts.
• Stay updated on new repair technologies and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in performing general vehicle maintenance and repair (oil changes, tire replacements, brake work, suspension repairs).
• English required for customer interaction and communication.
• Spanish is a plus for better communication with customers and coworkers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain vehicle needs to customers.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional automotive training is a plus, but not required).
• Valid driver’s license.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation:

• 60,000 - 80,000 $/Yr Comission Base (45% of billable hours - Hourly rate 130 Hr)
