Our Customer Service & Handling roles are responsible for managing and facilitating group play, grooming (bath, nails), answering phones, discussing policies with customers, managing reservations, checking customers in and out, and opening or closing the facility as scheduled.
Our ideal candidate has leadership experience, is comfortable helping customers, is able to transition between tasks effectively, is detail oriented and can work independently as well as with a team of people. Oh, and you must love working with dogs!
