We provide customers with confidence in dealer trained oil change technicians that specialize in their specific vehicle, to keep it safe and maintained with out an appointment. which is key to customer satisfaction and retention.
Express Lane is to provide no appointment oil change, tire rotation, and vehicle inspections for our Service Department.
Responsibilities
- Changing engine oil and filter
- Rotating tires
- Performing thorough Multipoint Inspections quickly and effectively
- Working with Service Advisors to upsell additional items needed such as air filters, wiper blades, bulbs, brakes, etc...
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license
- Willing to work Full Time
- Able to work with Hand tools/Impacts
- Punctual(Being on time when the shop opens)
- Able to properly document any issues found on inspection forms
- Basic Mechanical knowledge
- Work well with others
