Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the dealership, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries about vehicles.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and support outbound sales efforts.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential buyers through phone calls and emails, utilizing strong communication skills.
- Manage inventory and assist in the organization of vehicles on the lot.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.
