Good attendance is a must! We are closed on Sunday. We provide uniforms.

Store Hours are M-F 8:00am-5:00pm Sat 8:00am-2:00pm

Summary

As a Customer Service Technician, you will be essential in delivering outstanding support and assistance to our clients. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Utilizing your core skills in communication and customer service, you will engage with clients through various channels, ensuring a positive experience. Your proficiency in POS systems and relevant computer skills will aid in data entry and analysis, while your premium multilingual abilities will enhance our service outreach. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to assist clients effectively over the phone and through various channels.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining customer records and transaction details.
  • Employ analysis skills to identify trends and improve service delivery.
  • Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions with precision.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
