Charlie's Ice Cream in Sylvania, OH is looking for one crew leader to join our 22 person strong team. We are located on 6600 Sylvania Ave Ste 3 I. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
- Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
- Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
- Manage grill and food order completion
Basic Crew Member Tasks:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Run food to tables
- Clear tables
- Scoop ice cream
- Make fried foods
- Prep vegetables
- Talk to guests to ensure they have a good experience
- Address any concerns guests may have
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
- Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, clean, customer-focused restaurant
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
- Completed (or will complete after hiring) Ohio ServSafe certification
