- Managerial responsibilities including scheduling, logistics, hiring, training, and performance management
- Providing leadership, coaching, and training to transportation staff
- Ensuring accountability and compliance with company policies
Leadership and Management:
The Transportation Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing all facets of our Idaho transportation department, with the ability to directly contribute to our company's regional expansion and overall business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years of transportation department management experience
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulations impacting the transportation industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Current CDL A driver license, medical card, and driving record in good standing
