Job Description
To load orders (partial and full case product) onto specified route for delivery to customer. To operate the warehouse forklift and perform various material handling duties. To provide a safe, clean, and healthy work environment for self and other team members.
Qualifications
- 1-year previous Shipping and / or Receiving experience.
- At least 1 year of office administrative experience.
- At least 1 year of forklift experience.
- Ability to work in / near a refrigerated environment at 36 - 40 degrees
- Ability to maintain a safe working environment by following all safety practices and food safety procedures
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (outlook, word, excel)
- Basic math skills, counting.
- Bi-lingual English / Spanish required.
- Self-starter, strategic and independent thinker.
- Must be detail oriented and analytical.
- Excellent time management and capable of meeting work schedule deadlines.
- Adaptability / Flexibility, with the ability to react quickly to changing requirements from internal and external conditions while maintaining good communication with all parties involved.
- Strong and well-organized communicator, both written and verbal.
