What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker position at Charlies County Market?
To produce all bakery goods and other related products.
1. Pan up frozen products.
2. Glaze and fill donuts.
3. Load and unload oven. Know the proper temperatures to bake all varieties of products.
4. Operate all equipment in department such as oven, bread slicer.
5. Follow all company open day policies.
6. Prepare pan and work dough.
7. Maintain all varieties of product on bakery shelves throughout the day.
8. Maintain good communication with bakery manager and bakery crew.
9. Maintain company’s high standards of quality of product.
10. Control all thaw and sell products on the shelves daily.
11. Follow table promotion program.
12. Maintain a regular cleaning and sanitation program.
13. Must comply with all applicable laws regarding safety, health and packaging requirements.
14. Greet as many customers as possible to our store.
15. Maintain a neat personal appearance according to company’s dress code policy.
1. Do as much mornings baking as possible of all baked products
2. First baker to direct and supervise the functions and activities of the bakery department in the absence of the Bakery Manager.
