As our Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will leverage your passion for sales and eagerness to learn about insurance products and industry trends. Role Overview:

This position is perfect for individuals looking to pivot their careers and dive into the exciting world of insurance sales. No prior experience in insurance? No worries! Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to thrive. However, candidates must be willing to obtain their insurance licenses beforehand.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Pipeline Development: You will be trained to actively build and significantly expand your sales pipeline through direct lead generation and valuable referrals, learning effective strategies to identify and engage potential clients.


  • Lead Follow-Up: Gain hands-on experience in following up on leads generated by our office, mastering techniques to WIN new business and convert leads into loyal customers.


  • Competitive Strategy: Develop skills to excel in competitive environments, learning how to outshine rivals and secure top market positions through strategic selling and positioning.


  • Effective Follow-Up Strategies: Learn to implement effective follow-up strategies that not only close deals but also foster long-term customer loyalty, ensuring clients feel valued and supported.


  • Client Needs Assessment: Understand client needs through training in active listening and needs assessment techniques, enabling you to deliver customized, impactful insurance solutions tailored to each client.


  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our expert team, gaining insights into refined marketing strategies and how to work collectively to exceed sales goals.


  • Customer Service Excellence: Create new sales opportunities through exceptional customer service, where you will learn how to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide an outstanding customer experience that leads to referrals and repeat business.


  • Product Knowledge Training: Receive comprehensive training on our insurance products and services, equipping you with the knowledge necessary to educate clients and confidently present solutions.


This role will not only prepare you for a successful career in sales but will also provide you with the foundational skills in customer service that are essential for building lasting client relationships.


Candidate Profile:


  • Strong foundational skills in sales and customer service; experience in insurance is a plus but not required.
  • A genuine interest in building a career in the insurance industry. 
  • prior knowledge is helpful but not necessary.
  • Career-driven individuals who are eager to learn and succeed.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Must be willing to obtain necessary insurance licenses beforehand.
  • Bilingual Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, as this is a big plus for serving our diverse clientele.
  • Outgoing and positive interpersonal skills 
Compensation:
Enjoy a competitive commission and bonus structure. Our lucrative bonus structure for Life and Health licenses allows you to maximize your earnings potential. With a base plus commission and bonuses, your earning potential can reach $26 - $40 per hour or more through Multiline sales. Seasoned reps average as much as $35 / HR with commissions and bonus monthly. 


Qualifications:
You will need to obtain property and casualty licenses as well as life and health licenses. Licensing expenses will be reimbursed after the first 6 months!


Position Logistics:
This is an in-office position designed to foster collaboration and maximize team synergy. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with remote team members who will assist with training and coaching. This role will begin with a focus on customer service, allowing you to gain essential knowledge in multiline sales, with a clear path to transitioning into a more sales-oriented emphasis as you develop your skills and expertise.
