Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Apartment Locator at Charlotte Apartment Finders LLC. The Apartment Locator will be responsible for assisting clients in finding suitable apartments, conducting property searches, coordinating tours and accompanying clients on scheduled tours. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and maintaining relationships with property managers and leasing agents.
Qualifications

- Real Estate License Not Required
- Strong Work Ethic
- Commitment to working responsibly with minimimal supervision
- Available for at least 5 days a week ( You create your own schedule & choose your days off! )
- Ability to create property listings and conduct property searches
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- Basic understanding of technology, including setting up email accounts (Gmail) and navigating CRM platforms like HubSpot.
