Location : Charlotte Bay Rehabilitation and Care Center

Schedule :

Monday-Friday with occasional weekend coverage

Responsibilities

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for residents.

Assist residents in regaining independence in daily tasks.

Monitor progress and provide detailed, accurate reports.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure top-quality care.

Minimum Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program

Valid OT License in the State of Florida

Experience in long-term care settings
