Description
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department within our locked inpatient psychiatric facility and 28-day residential program. This leadership role ensures high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and efficient management of daily operations. The Nurse Manager will supervise the nursing staff, develop and implement care plans, and foster a therapeutic and safe environment for both patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and lead nursing staff, including RNs and LPNs.
- Work at least one 12-hour shift per week as the RN.
- Participate in the Administrator on Call leadership rotation.
- Ensure patient-centered care in a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with licensing standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Current RN license in the state of Florida.
- Five (5) years of nursing experience in an inpatient psychiatric or behavioral health setting.
- Two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
- Ability to pass a Level II Background clearance and drug test.
Salary : $82,000 - $87,000
