Middle-Level Baseball Assistant Coach Position
Location: Charlotte Central School
Charlotte Central School is seeking an assistant coach for the 2025 spring season, from April 7th to early June.
Qualifications:
- Previous playing and coaching experience in baseball.
- Preferred experience in coaching middle school-age athletes, though not mandatory.
- Compensation is based on the CVSD Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and supervise practices (Mon-Fri) from 3:00 - 5:00, as well as scheduled games.
- Manage equipment.
- Set team goals and expectations.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of baseball and share enthusiasm for imparting knowledge to players.
