What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ticket Sales, Account Executive position at Charlotte Checkers?
Position Summary :
The Charlotte Checkers are looking for a ticket sales account executive to join our team and help build the Checkers fan base in Charlotte. As a team member, you will generate excitement and drive revenue by selling ticket packages to local Charlotte businesses, individuals and groups. This role will also assist in the servicing of current ticket holders.
Position Details :
Specific duties include but are not limited to :
- Make 50 cold calls / day to sell full and partial season ticket packages, group ticket and individual tickets.
- Maximize sales opportunities each day through outbound sales efforts including phone calls, emails, texts and face-to-face meetings
- Handle incoming calls from sales prospects and existing clients for individual game ticket sales
- Actively self-prospect through referrals, networking, social selling platforms and effective research
- Generate new business from those prospects by conducting Coliseum tours, outside appointments, and tabling events
- Keep detailed records to help manage the sales process
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly ticket sales goals
- Assist in servicing current and prospective clients throughout the renewal process.
