The Charlotte Dog Club is seeking a client care associate to provide top-notch customer service. The Charlotte Dog Club is a close-knit group of professional breeders. Our sole purpose is to find amazing homes for our beloved fur babies. It is our privilege to offer well-bred, healthy puppies to our clients and provide them with a beautiful adoption experience. Our current team is extraordinarily passionate and works hard together while maintaining a fun atmosphere in the workplace. This candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls to our clients in a high volume. You will be reporting to our Cleveland location. Weekdays and weekends are a set part of the rotating schedule.

Sunday: 10am-6pm
Monday: 8:30am-5pm
Tuesday: 8:30am-5pm
Wednesday: off
Thursday: off
Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday: 9am-5pm
