Immediate opening: We are looking for a front desk/patient registration representative to help with the growth of an endodontic practice.

We are seeking a team member who will flourish in a state-of-the-art facility with compassionate providers and loyal staff. We are looking for talented, kind, and efficient people to join our team-oriented staff. This team member will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting and checking-in patients upon arrival
- Distributing new patient paperwork/updating patient paperwork
- Running route slips for incoming patients
- Confirming patient appointments
- Verifying insurance benefits, as needed
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Performing all other front desk activities to include scheduling, checking out patients, insurance processing, and scanning forms to and from referring dentists
Job Type: Full-time; 4 days per week
Pay: Competitive. Commensurate to experience.

Schedule:
- Business hours are 7am-4pm, Monday through Friday. Team member expectation is a 4-day work week.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical environment required. Will cross-train in all front desk duties
