Experienced General Manager wanted to lead and oversee all aspects of Charlotte Extraction Labs' operations, ensuring the alignment of business objectives with strategic goals. The General Manager manages cross-functional departments : production, supply chain, sales, finance, and HR, to drive organizational success. The General Manager reports to the COO and Chief Strategy Officer, with regular updates to the Board of Managers with close collaboration with the CFO and other executive team members.

General Manager Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute detailed short- and long-term business plans to meet revenue, profitability, and growth targets.Lead and inspire teams to drive innovation and improve operational processes for maximum efficiency.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress toward company goals and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with the executive team to align departmental goals and initiatives with the company's strategic vision.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies while maintaining high standards of quality.Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and cost management to optimize financial performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, to support business growth.Identify market opportunities and risks, adapting strategies to stay competitive in a dynamic business environment.Operations Management : Oversee daily operations across production, supply chain, and administrative functions.Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards in collaboration with department heads.Optimize processes, resource allocation, and workflow to improve productivity.Collaborate with the CFO to develop budgets, forecast revenue, and monitor financial performance.Review financial reports and ensure adherence to financial goals.Drive cost management initiatives while maintaining operational effectiveness.Lead the sales team to identify and secure growth opportunities, including new markets and partnerships.Develop and monitor sales strategies and KPIs to drive revenue growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Manage procurement, production scheduling, inventory, and logistics in collaboration with the supply chain team.Ensure seamless coordination with co-packers and suppliers to meet production demands and quality standards.Oversee the implementation of supply chain improvements and cost efficiencies.Build and maintain a high-performing, collaborative team culture.Oversee recruitment, development, and retention of key talent.Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for department leaders and staff.Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and operational standards.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.General Manager Requirements :
