Highly experienced and resourceful self-starter Senior Office Manager to oversee office administration, financial operations, sales processes, and supply chain activities for a growing startup manufacturing company. This key leadership role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing office management, strong technical and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional responsibilities.

Senior Office Manager Key Responsibilities :
Lead day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization in collaboration with COO.Coordinate inter-departmental communication and support internal workflows.Maintain vendor relationships, manage office supplies, and ensure policy compliance, working closely with the COO to align with organizational goals.Work closely with the external accountant, controller, and CFO to ensure accurate financial management and reporting.Manage accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and expense tracking.Utilize QuickBooks and Bill.com for financial operations and reporting.Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Support sales teams with CRM management and setup, order processing, and reporting.Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize customer interactions.Coordinate responses to customer inquiries on product availability and delivery.Build and maintain relationships with co-packers and suppliers to ensure efficient production and adherence to quality standards.Oversee procurement of raw materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery.Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock and maintain optimal stock.Develop and oversee co-packer processes, including production scheduling and coordination.Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Senior Office Manager Requirements :
10 years experience in a similar role, combining office, finance, sales, and supply chain management.Manufacturing experience required; plant based manufacturing a plusEntrepreneurial mindset with startup experienceExperienced in creating and implementing processes for efficiency and cost effectivenessBachelor’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, a plus.Skilled in QuickBooks and Bill.com, CRM tools, and supply chain platforms both set up and utilizing efficiently.
