This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Academy Goalkeeping Coach at Charlotte FC in Charlotte, NC. The Lead Academy Goalkeeping Coach will be responsible for coaching and developing the goalkeepers in the academy, creating and implementing training programs, evaluating player performance, and supporting the overall development of the academy goalkeepers.
- Goalkeeping Coaching experience
- Player Evaluation and Performance Analysis skills
- Excellent Communication and Leadership skills
- Training Program Development
- Team Player with a strong work ethic
- Experience working with youth players
- Goalkeeper License or Certification is a plus
- Prior experience playing as a goalkeeper is beneficial
