Charlotte Gastroenterology & Hepatology is seeking an Executive Assistant in our Huntersville office. The ideal candidate is intelligent, highly detailed oriented, confident, with the ability to work independently in an extremely fast-paced environment. Applicants must have a recent and proven track record of working with multiple executives and have excellent communication skills and work well with a variety of people.
Serving the Charlotte region for more than 40 years, Charlotte Gastroenterology and Hepatology is one of the largest independent physician specialty practices in the region and state.
Our forty-three providers include twenty-eight highly skilled, board-certified physicians, offering special expertise in advanced biliary endoscopy, liver disease, and liver transplant. In addition, Charlotte Gastro has fifteen specialty-trained advanced practice providers. Our services are currently offered at ten convenient locations including six clinic locations and four endoscopy procedure centers.

RESPOSIBILITIES:
Manage scheduling and monitors work for the CEO.
Provides administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and record keeping.
Handles confidential matters.
Attends meetings as assigned and takes minutes.
Orders supplies and equipment.
Receives and assists visitors and telephone callers, referring them to appropriate individuals.
Plans corporate events.
Maintains files.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION: Associate degree in business administration or related field of study preferred; 2 years of administrative experience at the senior level.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum two years’ experience. Previous experience working in a medical office a plus.
