Our well-known mechanical contracting company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, superintendents, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Manage project teams, including purchasing, change orders, RFI's, plan updates and document control.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
