We are seeking a highly experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our team at Charlotte Mechanical. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction management for our Multi-family construction projects.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee all HVAC construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure that all projects are completed within the given timeline and budget.
- Coordinate with the construction team to ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Manage project budgets and ensure that all expenses are within the allocated budget.
- Ensure that all safety regulations and standards are met on all job sites in coordination with Safety Manager.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
