Essential Functions
- Assist with equipment installations, repairs, and troubleshooting for manufacturing machinery.
- Support preventative maintenance efforts to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Work alongside maintenance technicians to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Help with updating technical documentation and equipment maintenance records.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance safety and productivity.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills with a hands-on approach.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, or automation preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and technical documentation is a plus.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a manufacturing environment.
