Summary :
Utility associate is responsible for running grinding machine, loading conveyor and moving regrind materials to storage location.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities : include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Operate forklift.
- Separate materials based on compound.
- Load conveyors.
- Operate grinding machine.
- Perform daily preventative maintenance on grinding machine and conveyors.
- Remove regrind to staging area.
- Keep work area and equipment up to 5S housekeeping standards.
- Fill in for operator when needed.
- Train new Utility associates.
- Maintain constant state of alertness and ability to safely perform duties.
- Other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
