Full-Time Nanny in Huntersville for a 2-Month-Old

Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in Huntersville in finding a Full-Time Nanny for their 2-month-old. The nanny would typically be needed Tuesday 9 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm, Wednesday and Thursday 7 : 00 am - 5 : 30 pm, and Friday 9 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm. (35 hours)

The best nanny for this family would be warm, engaging, and reliable with extensive infant care experience. Ensuring a warm and nurturing environment, the nanny would be expected to support their child’s routine by following their cues and helping establish a daily schedule. Each day, the nanny should be able to meet and exceed their child's needs (feeding, diaper changes, naps, and playtime). It is important for the nanny to keep their child entertained and have a strong understanding of developmental milestones. During the day the nanny should foster an engaging environment through activities such as storytime, singing, tummy time, and playing with toys. Patience, attentiveness, and a nurturing approach are essential. Mom works from home in a separate office, the nanny should be comfortable with this.

Nanny Responsibilities Include :

Meeting daily scheduling needs of the child(Feeding, Changing, Napping)

Engaging with the child on an age-appropriate level

Playing with the child both inside and outside the home

Doing hands-on learning activities with the child

Household Duties Include (Child is first priority) :

Child’s laundry and changing child’s sheets weekly

Child’s meal prep

Unloading / loading the dishwasher and sanitizing bottles

Sanitizing toys and frequently used surfaces by the child

Picking up after the nanny and child throughout the day

Emptying diaper pail

Pets : The family has a Miniature Pinscher mix, the nanny will be asked to let the dog out in the fenced-in yard.

Qualifications :

Have at least 5 years of professional nanny experience

Have a college degree or equivalent experience
