Detailing Position / Boat Dealership
Charlotte Ski Boats is a fast-growing Multi Line boat dealership located in Mooresville, NC 28117, on beautiful Lake Norman, Selling and servicing Tige and ATX Boats, Formula, and Tahoe Pontoons, Mercury/Yamaha Outboards. We focus on boat sales, service, parts, and brokerage.
We are looking for people who can work independently and also as part of a team, take pride in doing a quality job, are willing to work hard and pay close attention to detail. We are looking for an experienced individual with the goals to grow and manage a department and team.

Detailer Responsibilities include:
-Maintaining cleaning supplies and inventory of detailing products
-Quick Wash's
-Interior/Exterior cleaning
-Compound buffing
-Wet sanding and heavy gel correction
-Waxing
-Bottom washes
-Marina yard maintenance
-General facility cleaning
-Other jobs as assigned
Experience in the marine industry will move you to the top of the list, but attention to detail is a must. Ideal candidates will have experience with high level detailing including compounding, polishing, and waxing. Ceramic coating experience would be a plus. We are looking for someone to help grow a detailing department and manage a team of people. There is a lot of opportunity to grow this position and department for the right person.

Schedule
Tuesday-Saturday 8am-6pm with a 1 hr. lunch.
Pay range $12-20/hr based on skill level
*Performance based Pay Plan
