Charlotte Ski Boats is a fast-growing Multi-Line boat dealership located in Mooresville, NC 28117, on beautiful Lake Norman. We sell and service Tige and ATX Boats, Four Winns, Tahoe and Barletta Pontoons, Ilmor and Indmar Motors, and Mercury and Suzuki Outboards. We focus on boat sales, service, parts and accessories, and brokerage.
For over 14 years we have enjoyed continued growth and now need a Parts and Accessories Lead capable of developing our Parts program.
Charlotte Ski Boats is looking for a Parts and Acc Team Lead to take over the daily operations of our Parts/Acc department. This person must be friendly, outgoing, and organized and be able to keep our Parts/Acc department profitable and moving forward. Maintaining a high level of customer communication and satisfaction is critical to the success of this position. Previous experience in a Parts/Acc dept is recommended, and boat knowledge is required. We need someone who enjoys a challenge and will do what it takes to get the job done. Department Team Lead
We are seeking an Experienced Marine Parts and Accessories Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a marine industry veteran with excellent computer skills, capable of learning and adapting to new software. Maintain and control the inventory of boat, motor, trailer, and accessory parts and assist external and internal customers with purchases or questions regarding parts and accessories. Attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and a desire to help our service team succeed are essential.
Position Responsibilities:
- DEPARTMENT PROFITABILITY: Maintain a profitable bottom line per budget to ensure the continued growth and survival of the dealership
- PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: Manage, develop, and sustain a high-level employee performance and morale that results in a fulfilling and productive work environment.
- INVENTORY: Maintain and control inventory in ways that meet the needs of over-the-counter customers and the service department
Experience Recommended
- Receiving, stocking, and coding parts
- Reporting and managing inventory
- Ordering/procurement of parts and supplies
- Conducting special parts research
- Developing and implementing new processes
- Supporting the service team to ensure success
- Mathematical Skills / Reasoning Ability
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts or percentages and make changes to customers

- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with our customers and other associates
