Part Time Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly, well-spoken individual ideally with veterinary reception experience, although not required with the right individual. Duties include answering phones, making appointments, keeping the reception area tidy/clean, greeting clients, organizing and filing records, alerting staff to appointments, and working on the computer system.
Part Time Assistant
Again, we would ideally like to hire someone with experience to fill a part time verinary assistant position, although not required with the right person. Duties include care of boarders (feeding, medicating, cleaning cages), computer case entry, assisting technicians and doctors with appointments and procedures, autoclaving instruments, and general cleaning of the boarding area.
