Are you outgoing, bilingual, and passionate about making connections in your community? Charm Dental is looking for a Dental Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team! We’re seeking someone who can represent our brand with confidence and charisma at local events, while also following up and building long-term relationships with prospective patients and community partners.
What You’ll Do:
Represent Charm Dental at community events, health fairs, school visits, and local partnerships.
- Engage with attendees, build rapport, and communicate our services and values effectively.
- Follow up with potential patients and leads after events to strengthen connections and promote appointments.
- Collaborate with the internal team to plan, schedule, and execute community outreach strategies.
- Assist with in-office marketing initiatives, patient experience campaigns, and more.
Who You Are:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- A people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and initiating conversations.
- Prior experience in a dental setting is highly preferred (Dental Assistant background is a big plus!).
- Reliable, organized, and passionate about helping others smile.
