- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of product listings by cross-referencing vendor data.
- Managing price adjustments based on vendor updates and market trends.
- Utilizing spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) for data analysis, including identifying discrepancies and updating records.
- Collaborating with the purchasing and marketing teams to ensure products are presented effectively online.
- Troubleshooting data or backend issues related to product listings.
- Maintaining organized records of product changes and updates.
- Regularly auditing the website to ensure product information is current and aligns with the latest vendor catalogs.
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy across all product data and listings.
Experience with ecommerce platforms, data entry, and spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with UTV or motorsports products is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency with ecommerce platforms, such as Big Commerce, Shopify, Magento, or similar.
- Strong experience with spreadsheet tools, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience handling and organizing large datasets for accurate entry and analysis.
- Ability to research and source accurate product specifications from vendors.
- Familiarity with price adjustments and market comparison techniques.
- Knowledge of UTV or motorsports products is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of HTML or website backend systems is a plus but not required.
