Server Assistant/Rooftop Support Responsibilities

• Clean, set and re-set tables continuously, assuming responsibility for station, tables and side duties
• Serve water and greet guests by name whenever possible during the course of meal service
• Stack trays properly for efficient unloading for stewarding and ensure proper safety standards at all times
• Provide Host, Barback and Server support in the Rooftop bar
• Help out in all other food and beverage departments when needed

Server Assistant Requirements

• Must have a high school education or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of food and beverage experience
• Able to work well unsupervised

Physical Requirements

• Continuous standing and walking
• Negotiating wet tile floor and steps
• Outdoor environment where temperatures will fluctuate between chilly/cold and very hot
• Fine motor coordination is needed to pour beverages, decorate cocktails and folding napkins
• Trays weigh 30lb.
