Server Assistant/Rooftop Support Responsibilities
- Clean, set and re-set tables continuously, assuming responsibility for station, tables and side duties
- Serve water and greet guests by name whenever possible during the course of meal service
- Stack trays properly for efficient unloading for stewarding and ensure proper safety standards at all times
- Provide Host, Barback and Server support in the Rooftop bar
- Help out in all other food and beverage departments when needed
Server Assistant Requirements
- Must have a high school education or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of food and beverage experience
- Able to work well unsupervised
Physical Requirements
- Continuous standing and walking
- Negotiating wet tile floor and steps
- Outdoor environment where temperatures will fluctuate between chilly/cold and very hot
- Fine motor coordination is needed to pour beverages, decorate cocktails and folding napkins
- Trays weigh 30lb.
