Asst. Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the front of house area, including managing staff and ensuring excellent customer service

-Actively engage with customers.
- Train and supervise front of house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are set up properly and stocked with necessary supplies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and maximize revenue
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in team management within the food industry is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of front of house operations, including cash handling procedures, culinary practices, and bartending techniques
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and payment transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle high-pressure situations effectively
- Experience in training front of house staff
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Note: This is not an entry-level position. Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a similar role is required.
