You'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities and identifying areas for improvement.
Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be...
- Performing equipment troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and improvements to increase equipment uptime.
- Repairing electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuits as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records in the CMMS with regard to inspections and preventative/predictive maintenance and inventory of spare parts and consumables.
- Viewing and interpreting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system drawings and schematics.
Your Education Should Be...
- A 2-year Associate's degree or diploma in Engineering, Technology, Technical Discipline, or Electrician preferred.
- A High School Diploma/GED is required.
Your Physical Work Environment Will Require...
- Exposure to metal cutting, welding odors, welding flash, and incidental acceptable limits of x-ray radiation.
- Possible exposure to chemical odors and temperature extremes.
- Frequent standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and occasional crawling.
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs. and occasionally heavier (50-60 lbs.) with assistance.
