The Senior Sales Manager, Advanced TV Partnerships functions as the agency lead to drive revenue across Spectrum Reach’s rapidly growing national addressable and programmatic CTV business. In this role, you will work within a holding company pod and be assigned a specific list of agencies and corresponding brand-direct responsibilities. You will be focused on developing and executing account and agency development plans to increase revenue and expand market share by leveraging Spectrum Reach’s full portfolio of best-in-class advanced TV ad solutions.
Major Duties & Responsibilities include :
- Accelerate programmatic and addressable TV revenue, achieving personal and team targets.
- Execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and ensure success in achieving the company’s and our clients’ business objectives.
- Work aggressively and creatively to acquire new business and grow existing partnerships.
- Develop and manage strategy and go-to market for Digital and multi-platform revenue within assigned agency / client scope.
- Support teams in setup and execution of sold campaigns and serve as liaison with Sales Support.
- Assist in the delivery of marketplace training programs to ensure the ongoing education and rollout of new technology and information.
- Support a high-energy sales culture that fosters success, enthusiasm, and a winning atmosphere.
- Partner with internal peers and associated cross-functional teams to innovate and scale solution enhancements required to accelerate revenue.
- Maintain effective communications with executive team and managers across the organization to ensure Sales Plan is executed and / or modified as needed and that revenue goals are achieved.
- Own the message when conveying direction from leadership.
- Proactively grow and maintain network for potential partnerships.
- Actively seek feedback from internal customers relative to the team’s processes and performance.

The base pay for this position generally is between $83,200.00 and $136,100.00 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $60,933 .
