We are looking for an experienced and motivated Crew Lead to join our team and help lead a dynamic crew to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Position Overview:
As a Construction Crew Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and completing renovation projects from start to finish. You will lead a team of skilled tradespeople, ensure projects are completed on time, and maintain the highest quality standards while staying on budget. The ideal candidate is hands-on, with a diverse skillset in multiple areas of renovation and exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to safety and craftsmanship. The role will report to a Senior Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of laborers on residential renovation projects
- Work with your Senior PM to coordinate and supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain quality control on all work performed by yourself or the crew, ensuring adherence to design specifications and industry standards
- Communicate with project managers to provide updates on progress and address concerns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise on-site.
- Manage job site cleanliness and organization.
- Train and mentor crew members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist with material and equipment management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction or renovation.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a construction crew.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Experience in using multiple software platforms and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Must have own basic tools (drill, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.); we will provide or rent specialized tools as needed
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
- OSHA certification or other relevant safety training preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
