What we're looking for:

• Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Engineering or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level
• Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to succeed in a team environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  
  

Preferred experience:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• AutoCAD experience.
  
  

What you'll focus on:

• Participate in all aspects of engineering including process assessment, production controls, Continuous Improvement, design, and reporting/analysis
• Assist in other projects and function as a resource for other team members
• Learn and apply engineering concepts to improvement projects
• Updating layouts: regularly modifying and refining engineering layouts to incorporate design changes, improvements, and updates
• Making custom parts for machine equipment in SolidWorks - design and create custom parts tailored to specific project needs
• Project management: keeping track of project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  
  

The entry hourly rate for this position is 19 USD per hour. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on various factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. Compensation decisions are tailored to the unique circumstances of each position and candidate.
