Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer with a strong background in Commercial Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of the P&C insurance industry and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the P&C insurance industry.
- Bachelor s degree in business, Insurance, or a related field.
- PMP, PgMP, RTE certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of insurance processes, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with program management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Rally).
