The Dynamics 365 Architect will design, architect, and oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to drive business transformation and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design comprehensive Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Lead the technical implementation of Dynamics 365 projects, ensuring best practices and optimal performance.
- Provide strategic guidance on the integration of Dynamics Co-pilot to enhance CRM capabilities and user experience.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define system architecture, data models, and integration strategies.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and scalability of the CRM system.
