You will also perform other non-troubleshooting duties.
Direction will be provided by script, help desk or service desk in a Next Business Day (NBD) and/or Same Business Day (SBD) service delivery environment.
Responsibilities
PLS Support for calls such as Dell ClientTransformation Services calls, installing and servicing PCs, and PC peripherals and/or electronic equipment
Takes service calls and performs incident specific activities as directed by Help Desk, Service Desk or script
May perform routine installs, moves, adds and changes as part of a directed team, including:
Complex desktop and laptop break fix work
Whole unit replacement
Simple desktop printer fixes
Load software with a script

Candidate will be taking PC hardware break fix calls at various locations.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass drug and background screening.
Must be able to complete required product training.

- Within the last 2 years how many Motherboards have you replaced?
- Within the last 2 years how many LCD’s have you replaced?
- How many years of experience do you have diagnosing Dell laptops and PC’s?
- Are you A Certified? (A certification is required by the client. Selected candidates who do not already have their A certification will have 90 days after their start date to become certified, or be subject to termination.)
- Have you ever worked for Unisys as a FTE or contractor? If so please answer who you were under and duration.
