Description:
- Our client has an immediate opening for a Squad Lead Contractor to drive the evolution of our Fixed Income Product solutions.
- In this role, you will serve as a product owner and leader, prioritizing initiatives and ensuring seamless execution through Agile development processes.
- You will work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, partnering across Technology, Sales & Trading, and Compliance to modernize digital trading experiences.
- This role is ideal for someone with product development, fixed income trading, and data analytics expertise who thrives on innovation and problem-solving.
- Lead and prioritize product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
- Collaborate across Technology, Sales & Trading, Legal, and Compliance to deliver impactful solutions.
- Drive Agile development processes, defining clear product roadmaps and execution strategies.
- Analyze complex data to identify opportunities for improving fixed income trading capabilities.
- Ensure operational excellence by proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in product development, fixed income trading, brokerage operations, or data analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex financial systems.
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with SQL, KDB/Q, and/or Snowflake is a plus; Series 7 and SIE required (or must obtain within 90 days).
