Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and dispatching service requests to HVAC technicians.
- Setting appointments and effectively managing scheduling for technicians.
- Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving service-related issues.
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to optimize service operations and enhance customer experience.
- Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience in dispatching technicians and installation teams is an advantage, but not a dealbreaker.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.

Salary and Benefits:
