Starting wage ranges from $18.00.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU :
You will be responsible for the operation and output of assigned production lines which include but are not limited to :
Experience / skilled at utilizing forklift to handle pallets with irregular shapes and weights to 1,250 lbsLoad / unload finished goods pallets safely on / off trucks and in / out of warehouse racks / conveyorsCheck that loads are complete and loaded properlyScan every pallet of resin and finished good before moving it to a different locationPerform daily equipment checks such as recharging the forklift battery and lubricating equipmentIdentify and correct user level faults on automatic cranes and conveyorsEnsure the paperwork for outbound and inbound shipments are correct before the Bill of Ladings is signedPerform regular equipment checks, complete related documentation, and notify the supervisor of unsafe conditionsComplete all related paperwork, including shipping inspection form, Post shipment work order forms, Post receipt work order forms, and any other customer-specified paperwork to be submitted upon completion of a loadMove pallets around the storage facilityStack goods in the correct storage racks, following inventory control instructionsComply with all BRCGS Standards, Safety Standards, and Standard Operating ProceduresOUR SAFETY REQUIREMENTS :
Ensure that safety and health concerns are given primary consideration in all activitiesFollows company guidelines and actively participates in all safety processesCarry out job / area specific housekeeping duties and maintain a high standard of professionalismLook for, report, and correct any near misses / unsafe conditions or behaviors as soon as possibleProduce quality materials to be distributed to customersMaintain production volume and efficiencyIdentify needed changes and makes recommendations - find a better wayTroubleshoot mechanical issues, requesting supervisor assistance when neededOUR BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
High School diploma or equivalentPrevious manufacturing experience preferred.Must successfully complete forklift operations safety trainingDemonstrated skill in organizing work, taking initiative, setting priorities and sound decision making.Possess logic, problem solving, and trouble shooting skills.Deals effectively with company personnel on all levels ranging from production co-workers to management.Excellent oral and written communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.Flexibility to work overtime, some weekends and some holidays.Physical Work and Work Environment :

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand most of their 12-hour shift on a cement production floor. The team member frequently is required to use arms to reach and hands to handle or feel. The team member must repetitively lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. Must be able to routinely climb stairs and work safely around numerous hot surfaces and rotating equipment.Team members are also required to frequently talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Team members in this role are exposed to seasonal temperature / humidity changes that can be near 100 degrees Fahrenheit.Are our values a match for you?
