Correctly and accurately perform trailer inspections.Correctly identifies all raw material, finished goods, cores, packaging items, and can confirm receipts of any articles (including maintenance parts, parcels, etc.) with assistance. Can deliver all articles to correct location / person as needed.Receive materials in DTR for labeling an invoicing.Basic Venture understanding and open to learning the computer programs associated with the shipping department.Loads and unloads trailers accurately - can follow a provided load list accurately.Assists in housekeeping, maintaining, and organizing the warehouse.Assists with required finished goods and resin inventory.Provides support to Material Handling, Rewinder and Reprocessing when necessary.Working as a team player to reach consistent output goals.Maintaining a safe workspace and commitment to following CNG’s Safety Mission.Shift / Schedule :
Monday-Friday 7am-3pm (must be flexible to work OT / weekends at months end)Compensation :
Starting wage at $19.00OUR SAFETY REQUIREMENTS :
Ensure that safety and health concerns are given primary consideration in all activitiesFollows company guidelines and actively participates in all safety processesCarry out job / area specific housekeeping duties and maintain a high standard of professionalismLook for, report, and correct any near misses / unsafe conditions or behaviors as soon as possibleProduce quality materials to be distributed to customersMaintain production volume and efficiencyIdentify needed changes and make recommendations - find a better wayTroubleshoot mechanical issues, requesting supervisor assistance when neededOUR BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
Previous shipping experience is preferredForklift experience requiredStrong work and personal ethicsEffectively communicate and work alongside company personnel on all levels ranging from production workers to upper managementDemonstrate excellent oral and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WorkA strong understanding of our safety mission and its importancePhysical Work and Work Environment :

While performing the duties of this job, the team member frequently is required to use arms to reach and hands to handle or feel. The team member must be able to lift and / or move up to 65 pounds. Must be able to climb stairs and work safely around numerous hot surfaces and rotating equipment.Team members are also required to frequently talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
