Job Summary
The Golf Course Ranger is responsible for enforcing and informing players of the course rules and overseeing the pace of play. They play a key role in ensuring smooth play on the course.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet players with a friendly, approachable, and helpful demeanor.
- Inform players of course rules and regulations; enforce when needed.
- Monitor pace of play on course and communicate needed pace adjustments to players.
- Monitor for and report course condition concerns.
- Monitor for and address player etiquette concerns.
- Provide additional oversight to group outings for a successful event.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work majority of season (May-October 13th).
- Ability to work some weekends and holidays.
- Must have great customer service skills.
- Must be a team player.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think on your feet and shift duties based on priorities.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends only
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
