Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong understanding of beverage service in both nightclub and fine dining settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional drink experiences for our guests while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of drink menus, including specialty cocktails, wines, and beers.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or Aloha POS system.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment.
• Clean and sanitize bar equipment, glassware, and work areas regularly.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary.
• Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and service standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred, especially in nightclub or fine dining environments.
• Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Proficiency with cash registers or POS systems such as Aloha POS is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
• Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.
