About Us:
Charter Realty | Zelco Properties & Development is a leading commercial real estate brokerage, development, and acquisition firm, specializing in retail leasing, investment sales, and mixed-use development. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office, Regis (SitesUSA), Esri, Placer, Constant Contact, and WordPress. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing marketing materials, executing email campaigns, and managing social media content to support our brokerage team. This role reports directly to the Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Design & Creation
- Develop and edit real estate marketing materials, including property brochures, leasing packages, signage, and advertising materials
- Create detailed mapping projects using Regis (SitesUSA), Esri, and Placer to support site selection and market analysis
- Design PowerPoint presentations for property pitches and investor decks using Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite
Email Marketing & Digital Campaigns
- Set up and distribute email blasts using Constant Contact to promote properties, company news, and industry insights
- Ensure branding consistency across all email marketing efforts
Social Media & Online Presence
- Create and post engaging marketing graphics and content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Design visuals and write captions to enhance engagement with our commercial real estate audience
- Monitor social media activity and track engagement metrics
Website & Content Management
- Maintain and update property listings and company news on WordPress
- Ensure marketing materials and web content are current and aligned with company branding
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in marketing, preferably in commercial real estate or a related industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Experience using Regis (SitesUSA), Esri, and Placer for demographic and mapping projects
- Hands-on experience with Constant Contact for email marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
