This is an IN-OFFICE position located in the Houston Hobby area. No remote work option.
Currently we are not working New Construction or Residential.
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated individual to join Charter Roofing & Waterproofing as a Commercial Roofing Estimator/Administrative Coordinator. In being part of our team, you would generate detailed estimates and proposals. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in commercial roofing, roofing management, proposal writing and cost estimation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate detailed cost estimates of commercial roofing projects
- Monitor progress of existing projects
- Visit job sites, manage materials and job production
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in commercial roofing estimations and project managing
- Knowledge of contract relationships, and vendor relations
- Ability to read blueprints
- Computer proficiency
- Legible handwriting and writing skills
- Familiar with AIA Documents and Billing Documents
