As a Training and Development Coordinator, you will have an increased level of experience, expertise and responsibility working in the Talent Development Team within Human Resources. How You Will Impact Education
- Works closely with the Director of Talent Management and other team members to proactively implement the Training Calendar, team files and communications professionally to execute highly visible and critical classes / programs
- Manages registrations, location / room bookings, course evaluations, vendor partnerships (e.g., catering, on-line resources); expenses, surveys, reporting communications to ensure learning events run effectively
- Sets up training events delivered in-person, virtual or at a remote location
- Monitors and manages inventory of training resources and supplies to ensure they are available in time for classes
- Reviews and sends out communications and addresses questions from a variety of stakeholders to support learning events, including leaders, managers, presenters, and vendors
- Supports talent systems such as module testing, set up and maintenance; managing internal TD ticket system; reporting and Teams Room set up
Required Qualifications and Skills
