POSITION SUMMARY :

Responsibilities include overall management of the communities in a designated region in accordance with the policies, procedures and annual plans approved by Charter Senior Living, LLC and in compliance with all state, local and federal rules, regulations and laws applicable to the operation and / or licensure of the communities. Direct day-to-day management oversight appropriate for a first-class operation which ensures the health, safety, and satisfaction of all residents, budgetary control, and achievement of occupancy goals.

Regional Director of Operations (RDO) responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Fiscal Management

Quality Assurance

Licensing and Regulatory Compliance

Human Resources Management

Resident Services and Relations

Property and Plant Maintenance and Improvements

Occupancy Development and Public Relations.
